3G series threeScrew pumpIntroduction: Three screw pumpIt is a rotor-type positive displacement pump, which mainly uses the principle of screw meshing, relying on the rotating screw to mesh with each other in the pump casing, enclose the conveyed medium in the meshing cavity, and push it to the discharge port continuously and uniformly along the axial direction of the screw. Provide stable pressure for the system. The three-Screw pump is suitable for conveying non-corrosive oils and similar oils and lubricating liquids. The viscosity range of the conveying liquid is generally 3.0～760mm2/S (1.2～100°E), and the high viscosity medium can be conveyed by heating and reducing the viscosity.

3G series three screw pumps include 3G general type, 3GC marine type and _ type. The three-screw pump is a rotor-type cellar pump. Because the spiral grooves on the driving screw and the driven screw mesh with each other and their cooperation with the inner surface of the three holes of the bushing, several stages of dynamic sealing chambers are formed between the inlet and outlet of the three-screw pump These dynamic sealing chambers will continuously move the liquid axially from the pump inlet to the pump outlet, and gradually increase the pressure of the conveyed liquid, thereby forming a continuous, steady, and axially moving pressure liquid. The liquid delivered by the 3G series three-screw pump is without solid particles.
