Product Description
NYPCmagnetic pump/High-viscosity Magnetic pump is a new type of positive displacement pump according to the needs of petroleum, chemical, paint, grease, medicine, dyestuff, food and other industries. It is changed to a magnetic link method to achieve the ideal delivery goal of zero leakage. Because the product can choose different materials and its unique structure, it is suitable for conveying media with different properties and different viscosities. Applicable medium temperature: -10℃ -200℃. Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0cst—300,000cst.
NYPC Magnetic Drive Pump/High viscosity pumpworking principle: The drive gear (outer rotor) with inner teeth drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction in the fully enclosed pump body. The pump body and the crescent plate of the front cover separate the suction port and the discharge port. When it rotates, negative pressure is formed at the suction port, the liquid is sucked in, and the rotor takes the liquid to the discharge port, and discharges the pump body under pressure to complete the liquid delivery. The pump is mainly composed of inner and outer rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, inner and outer magnetic steel, magnetic strip, connecting plate, bearing and so on. The magnetic link method is adopted to ensure zero leakage transportation.
When NYPC magnetic pump/high-viscosity magnetic pump transports easily crystallized materials, the front cover and pump body can be designed with thermal insulation jackets, which can be heated and melted by steam during operation. The pump can be equipped with a Valve. When the pump or piping system is over-pressured, the valve opens to form an internal return flow. The pump unit consists of a pump, a motor and a base. Magnetic link method. Seen from the motor end to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
