NYP series inner ring high-viscosity pumps have internal gears. The gear (rotor) drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction in a fully enclosed pump body. The crescent of the pump body and the front cover separates the suction port and the discharge port. A negative pressure is formed at the suction port, the liquid is sucked in, and the rotor takes the liquid to the discharge port, and discharges the pump body under pressure to complete the liquid delivery.
The inner ring type high-viscosity Rotor pump is mainly composed of inner and outer rotors, shafts, pump bodies, front covers, brackets, seals, bearings and other components. There are two types of seals, mechanical seals and packing seals, which are suitable for high temperature, high viscosity, high consistency and corrosion For media with strong performance, packing should be used for sealing.
